We are looking to welcome to our team a full time Affiliate Marketing Specialist.

The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will be responsible for expanding our affiliate network into local markets, by designing and implementing local strategies.

The ideal candidate will have strong Spanish and English verbal and written communication skills, be results driven and highly motivated to work both independently and in a team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Search and recruit new local affiliates across the Spanish market as well as explore localisation opportunities within other key markets.

  • Build strong relationships with partners to ensure their loyal performance.  

  • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.

  • Maintain high level of communication with affiliates, recommend new campaigns for affiliates and provide performance feedback to management.

  • Monitor affiliate channel performance and ensure business objectives are met.

  • Negotiate placements, collaborations, exclusives and other optimization opportunities with publishers to build successful partnerships and affiliate strategies.

  • Work with affiliate networks to optimize the program.

  • Manage the creation and localisation of creative assets and email communication.



  • 1-2 years of experience working in affiliate marketing field

  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing and networks preferred

  • Experience in digital marketing

  • Ability to effectively manage and build affiliate relationships

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Strong work ethic with a positive and enthusiastic attitude

  • Ability to work both independently, with minimal or no supervision

  • Strong team player and excellent communicator

  • Business English and Spanish language required
