B2B Digital Marketing Manager - EdTech (Remote)

Qustodio is a market leader in internet safety software for families. We’re trusted by more than 3 million parents across the globe and rated Editors’ Choice by PC Magazine. We are looking for a B2B Digital Marketing Lead to join our new team and help us acquire customers in the U.S. market.

You will be responsible for defining our B2B inbound digital strategy from the ground-up, driving acquisition of new education subscribers using all the tools, channels, technology and techniques at your disposal. This is a newly created position, and you will be the pioneer digital marketing expert within the team.

This position is fully remote and reports to the senior leadership team in Northern Virginia.

As B2B Digital Marketing Lead, you will:

  • Understand the competitive landscape of the U.S. market for School Internet Safety and be able to tell the story of what sets Qustodio apart.

  • Define an inbound marketing strategy to reach our goals for customer acquisition.

  • Fully own the inbound funnel including the Qustodio for Business and Schools website properties

  • Build or optimize all of the content needed to generate and nurture demand (including landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).

  • Own all paid and organic acquisition activities that drive demand.

  • Measure and report the performance of your spends and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activities turn into subscribers, and continually refine our process to convert customers. a strategy to reach business goals for B2B customer acquisition via digital marketing


What you bring to the table:

  • Passion for what you do and passion for what we do

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience driving customer acquisition, with at 2+ years in a B2B SAAS environment

  • Expertise in inbound content marketing, tools and metrics.

  • Track record of gradually increasing responsibilities/spends in areas under your direction.

  • Strong understanding of web analytics, PPC analytics, attribution modeling and ROI calculations.

  • Fully fluent writing and presentation skills in English - you will be leading an initiative in the U.S. market.

  • Domination of a Martech stack that will help you be successful in this role - including but not limited to: Marketing Automation tools like Hubspot or Active Campaign. Landing page tools such as Unbounce. Web development tools such as Wordpress. Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HREFS, Semrush, Keyword planner
