We are looking for a Junior Customer Analyst who has excellent analytics capabilities, and who is passionate to understand the main drivers of customer satisfaction and translate all these learnings into actions to improve customer experience.
Your mission in this role is to turn existing data into actionable insights.
Analyse existing customer data to unleash new insights
Run through numerical analysis to identify key drivers of performance;
Build mathematical and statistical models to generate new insights;
Run and analyse results of surveys sent to our customer
Support the decision-making for new projects based on the analysis built
Liaise with other teams to identify main business questions that need to be addressed
Help to build tools to automate data extraction and combine different data sources.
Validate and contribute to the data consistency
Identify new tools and methodologies that could potentially be used to improve our insights toolkit
1-2 years of experience in a highly analytical and business-oriented role. Experience in Customer Analytics is a plus.
University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics or similar. Experience in a research or analytics role would be a plus.
Strong Analytical mindset: you love working with data and are comfortable with math and statistical analysis
Fluent in English
Organized and eager to grow
Ability to pay attention to the details and also quickly understand the global business picture
Solid verbal communication and presentation skills
Tools: Excel, Python, SQL and SPSS (or similar)
