Based in Barcelona, Qustodio is a fast-growing internet safety startup whose mission is to provide a safe digital experience for every child. Our top product is a multi-platform parental control solution that is used and loved by hundreds of thousands of families worldwide, and is one of the leading brands worldwide in the Digital Wellbeing category.

We’re looking for a full-time Marketing CRM Manager to join our Marketing team.


Your mission:

As a Marketing CRM Manager, your main duty will be to focus on building long-term customer relationships. You will be responsible for development of consumer relation strategies to increase user success, engagement, loyalty and satisfaction as well as execution, and continuous refinement of multi-channel user relations.

We are looking for someone with extensive cross-functional collaboration, very strong analytical, good communication and excellent project managerial skills that will enable you to effectively execute multiple responsibilities.


Responsibilities: ­

  • Own the global CRM editorial calendar

  • Conceive, build and deploy tactical seasonal and one-off messages (email, mobile, on-platform) and campaigns.

  • A/B test and optimize messaging, content and tone to ensure improvement of activity, retention and conversion metrics.

  • Report post-campaign results to key stakeholders; share insights and learnings

  • Recommend targeted audiences

  • Build multi-channel client communication strategies with a vision of growing consumer loyalty and increasing their lifetime value to the business.

  • Ensure consistency in all consumer contact initiatives.

  • Collaborate with product, customer support and other departments in an effort to develop and launch suitable initiatives.

  • Manage third-party vendors in order to improve consumer communications.

  • Run CRM campaigns and introduce new capabilities for the purpose of meeting emerging business needs and changing market trends

Requirements

Requirements and Skills: ­

  • Proven work experience in Customer Marketing or similar role

  • Experience in SaaS

  • Experience with Braze or similar tooling

  • Strong analytical mindset and orientation towards results

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong strategic vision

  • A self motivated individual who can work under tight schedules and meet deadlines

  • Fluent in English

  • Relevant university degree or equivalent
