Marketing Specialist

Based in Barcelona, Qustodio is a fast-growing internet safety company whose mission is to provide a safe digital experience for every child. Our product is a multi-platform parental control solution that is used and loved by millions of families globally, and is one of the leading brands worldwide in the Digital Wellbeing category.

As a full time Marketing Specialist you will be supporting the Marketing team to execute marketing strategies and strengthen our proposition, engage users, and drive results. You will be working closely with other marketing areas and teams to deliver updates and optimisations across website and app stores.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely and support Digital Marketing Manager in implementation of set strategies across website and app stores

• Manage website content on Wordpress and apps ASO content, deliver strategic and operational updates

• Track and analyze success metrics of the website, ensuring strong performance as the main leads and revenue generation channel

• Track and analyze success metrics of the apps in app stores, identifying areas of improvements

• Collaborate with team members responsible for digital marketing, customer lifecycle, performance acquisition, social media and lead generation, in order to align strategic vision, ensure their objectives are met through optimization of various conversion path

• Report on activities and related results in a manner that helps the team understand their efficacy

What you bring to the table

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field

• Proven experience (2 years) in Marketing

• Experience with SEO and/or SEM is a plus

• Experience with web content management tools, such as Wordpress, is a plus

• Strong understanding of website analytics tools (Google Analytics and others)

• Capacity for designing and running A/B testings

• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills

• Possessing analytical skills and strategic thinking

• Strong work ethic with a positive and enthusiastic attitude

• Ability to work both independently, with minimal or no supervision

• Strong team player and excellent communicator

• Results oriented, autonomous and efficient

• Business English language required
