We are looking to welcome to our team a full time Social Media & Community Manager, with a background and experience in Social Media platforms, content creation, and community management.
This position will work along with the brand, marketing, product, customer care, and HR teams and be able to manage, write content, and request illustrations and video for multiple social media profiles (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube) in multiple languages. The successful candidate should have experience running online campaigns, be highly motivated and show initiative in generating new ideas.
He/She will be responsible for responding quickly to comments on social media and in the app stores.
The role requires social media expertise and most importantly the ability to help create a sense of community internally and externally and implement on according to a day-to-day time schedule.
Create and curate content for Qustodio’s social media profiles (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube)
Work with marketing, business development, brand, product, and customer support teams and pay close attention to the content calendar to ensure content from those departments gets added to social media channels
Manage a social media content tool
Help define and implement the social media strategy for each channel
Manage translation of social media content into Spanish and eventually other languages
Respond to comments made on social media and in the app stores (Google Play and Apple App Store) ‘immediately’
Be a champion for the brand voice (verbal identity) outside and inside the organisation.
Work with an illustrator to make social media content more visual
Be on top of social media trends to help keep our social media strategy fresh
Provide feedback on comments
Provide feedback on social media performance metrics
Experience in social media content creation
Experience in community management
The successful candidate will have had experience of writing for multiple social media platforms and using tools to manage post publishing
Understand the IT software consumer market
Excellent written and spoken English, Spanish and other languages a plus
An excellent editor
A can-do attitude with demonstrable drive and ability to simplify the complex
